Jim Young has over twenty years of leadership and training experience in New Zealand and overseas. He was Director of NZ Army Transport, Commander of the Army's logistics organisation, and Area Manager Transpac, a nationwide road transport organisation, before joining NZ Institute of Management to become their Principal Trainer prior to establishing his own training company. He has developed and delivered a wide range of management training programmes for both public and private sector organisations. Has recently written a book Orchestrating Your Project.
